Meanwhile back at the Ranch…
If you’ve ever volunteered at the Ranch……. You are invited to celebrate 44 years of Ranch ministry and participation in First United Methodist Church.
This May will mark the 44th anniversary that John Wesley Ranch (formerly First Methodist Youth Ranch) was donated to the church without debt by members of the congregation.
Many of you knew those personally involved in the purchase and payment of the Ranch property and we wish all those wonderful Christian men and women could be with us. In the years following the purchase, many hours of volunteer labor and money went into the projects and enhancements that make the property what it is today.
If you have been a part of the ongoing ministry at the Ranch, you are invited to a luncheon in the hospitality center at the FUMC building on May 27th, following the 11:00 worship service. We plan a good lunch and good reminiscing.
If you would like to come, please call Lavonne at 471.8522 during the week or tell her on Sunday morning. (there will be NO sign-up table) Please be sure your name is on the list by May 22.
Everyone, of any age, who has volunteered at the Ranch is invited. Please be sure to RSVP.
